Yesenia Whipple is a Southwest Florida residential real estate expert who serves both home buyers and home sellers. Prior to her career in real estate, Yesenia worked in sales of information technology products 
and services for an extensive client list which included the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Lockheed Martin, Northrop-Grumman, to name a few. She later married Tod and the couple are raising two angels named Aviana and Everly. Yesenia and Tod would so often travel to Southwest Florida to visit parents who live in Fort Myers, the family ultimately resolved to move here full-time. They not only wanted their children to benefit from the closeness to grandparents, but they also wanted to be in the warm Florida sun.
Yesenia is originally from Puerto Rico. After graduating from high school, she attended Liberty University and earned a degree in communications. Yesenia’s expertise in contracts, negotiation and customer services combines with an unrivaled work ethic.
