Pelican Landing, located off of Highway 41 South near the dividing line between Bonita Springs and Estero, is an amenity-rich enclave set among more than 2,000 acres which border Estero Bay and Spring Creek. Buyers will find an alluring array of single-family homes, coach & carriage-style homes and condominiums within the community. This community actually got its start from the want to provide golf for guests of the famed Ritz Carlton Beach Resort in Naples. Years ago, this was the site of the Pelican Nest Golf Club exclusively established for Ritz Carlton guests. With fairways designed by Tom Fazio, it became increasingly popular with golfers. Developers ultimately purchased land around the course and this led to the creation of the Pelican Landing community.
